This website, legitco.uk, is operated by Legit Co. Legit Co is a trading name of Belvedere London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13427524), with its registered office at 35 Grafton Way, London, W1T 5DB. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Legit Co. Our Camden store is at 222 Camden High Street, London, NW1 8QR. You can contact us at info@legitldn.com.
By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
1. ORDERS
When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between you and us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there's an error in the price or description, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
2. MADE TO ORDER
Our pieces are made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be made before it is dispatched. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements can vary by up to 2cm. Fabric and sizing details are shown on each product page.
5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as explained in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods are not affected.
6. USING OUR WEBSITE
You must not misuse our site, for example by introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or copying content, or using it for anything unlawful. All content on this site, including designs, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
7. OUR LIABILITY
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
10. LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the place where you live.
