DELIVERY RATES

UK: from £4.00 (free over £80)
Europe: from £6.00
Rest of the world: £8.00

A tracked service is available for some international destinations and is priced at checkout. Occasionally we may send an international order in more than one parcel.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please enter your full address in English. Once despatched, delivery within Europe takes 3 to 14 working days, and outside Europe 7 to 21 working days. International tracked services take 1 to 7 days depending on the destination. If you haven't received a tracking number, email us and we'll send it over.

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

BUSY PERIODS
During peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas, please allow a little extra time for your order to be made and despatched.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and need a signature on delivery. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card with the consignment number and their local depot's details. They will hold your parcel for five working days for collection before it is returned to us. If we don't hear from you within a further five days, we'll refund your order minus the original and return delivery charges.

DESTINATIONS
We're unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses or to some countries. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we don't currently deliver there.
